Mr.Narayan V Patil

He is in the seed industry for more than 30 years. He has been the managing director - partner of two other renowned companies. Suvarna hybrid seeds is his 3rd venture. He has his roots from Gadag District, North Karnataka. After completing his graduation in commerce, he moved to Bengaluru with a dream of starting his own business. As luck would have it, he was recruited as Bangalore branch head of Suttind seeds India. He not only trained well but also performed amazingly in all the areas of seed industry – like production, marketing and supply.

His efforts were much appreciated and his commanding attitude yet down to earth friendly gesture made way to better opportunities in his carrier. Soon he was the Managing Director-partner of his own company Ashoka Farm Aids and there was no looking back. He has been well appreciated for his untiring service to the seed industry, especially in the bush beans and pole beans segment. He has played a main role in popularizing the sowing of beans from unorganized sector to organized sector. He also contributed as the marketing head India of United Genetics company, Japan. After retiring from both the companies, he has now started a family venture and training the next generation to carry on the legacy. He is also a trained yoga teacher and conducts free yoga class from 10 years. He enjoys swimming and studying bhagavad geeta and in his free time.

Padmaja V Patil

She is the Co-Director of Suvarna Hybrid seeds Private Limited. “Being the wife of a businessman, and more so the businessman in seed Industry is a tough job!”, says our co-director. She has been a big support to Mr.Narayan V Patil in all his endeavours and has been a deligently humble homemaker. Although she herself is a garden enthusiast and loves to involves herself in the management of company, she also gets the credit for holding different team building and HR activities within the company. Studying Dasa Sahitya and involving herself in spiritual scriptures are her recently developed interests.

Megha Patil Mangoli

She is the Second Generation Agripreneur and Growth Director of Suvarna Hybrid Seeds private limited. She Has joined the family business company right after her information Science Engeneering from MSRIT. She has extensively worked for the development of quality control and supply chain of the company. In her 9.5 years of experience in the seed industry, she has attendend many trainings and has been the intern at well established companies within Bangalore. She has also been the delegate and represented the company at International Seed Congress held at Manila(Phillipenes), Seoul (South Korea), Bangkok( Thailand), Goa (India), Kaulamumpur (Malaysia) organized by association called APSA. She is also a Green Consultant to many farms and terrace garden projects. She has also been The microgreen workshop coach since 2022, a project of Suvarna hybrid seeds private limited to spread the awareness and importance of Kitchen Gardening and Microgreens to all.

Sripadraj N Patil

He is the Second Generation Agripreneur and RnD – Production Director at Suvarna Hybrid Seeds Private limited. He has always been a farming enthusiast, continuously learning and training in the field. He has been working deligently to achieve our company’s vision in RnD and Production with his team. He is also a nature lover and fruit lover. Also Loves to play flute in his free time and a movie Buff.
